I have heard about this restaurant for several years and always wanted to come, but never made it. My colleague wanted to eat there too, so I came to try it for lunch.
I ordered the lunch executive set meal, which came with a grilled crab.
The grilled edamame appetizer tasted better than the ordinary boiled ones.
The steamed crab egg was really good, with rich ingredients, large pieces of crab meat, and the steamed egg was very tender and fresh.
The Matsuba crab tempura, the ingredients are good, but the batter is not fried thin and crispy. It seems that if you want to eat tempura, you still have to go to a tempura specialty store.
Boiled hairy crab, the crab pot eaten in Japan, although it also has a shell, it is very convenient to eat after being processed by the store. The hairy crabs here need to be completely removed by yourself, and hairy crabs are prickly and it is quite laborious. The first few pieces tasted average, but after cooking for a while, the shells softened and the flavor was absorbed, so I thought it was okay.
The grilled snow crab, this dish is very delicious and well received by us.
I paired the mixed vegetable plate with udon. I was surprised that the udon here tasted delicious. I ate a full bowl with the hot pot soup and vegetables.
For dessert, I chose coffee ice cream. It has a strong coffee flavor and coffee jelly in it. It is very unique and I like it.

Overall, it is a good lunch, but after all, I came here with the intention of eating crabs, and I think the crabs are really ordinary.

The unique-looking smoked scallops are presented on a beautiful plate. The chrysanthemum-smoked pan-fried scallops have a burnt and smoky flavor. The meat is firm and the dipping sauce is sprayed with the restaurant&rsquo;s name Tora Tetsu. Sea salt mixes the subtle sweetness of the scallops with the saltiness of the sea salt to create a better flavor. Served with the scallops, the red wine jelly served in a shot glass also adds extra points to the dish. The dishes at this Teppanyaki restaurant are delicious, the environment is comfortable, the service is good, and the prices are reasonable.

Generally speaking, the food is big and the service is very good. I recommend Tom Yum Goong and coconut soup. The former is very spicy and sour with a lot of ingredients, while the coconut soup is sour and fragrant with coconut milk, which is very appetizing. There is also Thai spicy fried rice. There is a lot of chicken and the rice noodles are fried very smooth. The appearance is very delicate.

The Japanese food here is very good. The big prawns are delicious and a little sweet. The oysters are also good. There is sake imported from Japan, which tastes great. There are also big scallops, but they are black.
