The Old Canal of Utrecht runs through the city center of Utrecht, the ancient city of the Netherlands, and it starts in the southeast of the city. Here, the rhine's original main river bed and a new dry-stream canal that reconnects Utrecht to the rhine, the old canal joins the rhine's original moat, from which it enters the town center.

Very beautiful castle and magnificent gardens. The people in all the castle ticks provide slightly more lively explanations than the maps which are also available in many languages in each room.
Dom Tower
sculptor
The Domkerk Cathedral in Utrecht, Netherlands, has a 112-meter-high tower. This Gothic cathedral was once the largest church in the Netherlands, but the nave collapsed in a storm in 1674 and was never rebuilt, isolating the tower from the east end. The tower is now a symbol of the city.
Nijntje Museum
Akane-Japanese traveller
There are lots of cute exhibits! As Miffy is popular among Japanese people, many of the exhibits have Japanese translations. The place is perfect for families with children, as it is surrounded by a cute and warm atmosphere from start to finish. Tickets can be purchased at the souvenir shop opposite. There is also a one-of-a-kind Miffy traffic light a little distance away, so be sure to check it out!

Good museum, I enjoy the presentation of the museum from the start to the end of VG, easy to follow, understand, clean toilets and there's also a water fountain to fill up my water bottle
Museum Speelklok/ Musical Clock

The Music Box Museum is definitely one of the most worthwhile museums to visit. It displays hundreds of years of music boxes, and there are a lot of them, with different shapes and very beautifully made.

The Railway Museum

In fact, the Railway Museum is not far from the Central Station. If you are not tired, it takes about 20 minutes to walk there. The entrance fee of 17.50 euros is a bit expensive, but you can see various nostalgic trains and learn about the railway history of the Netherlands. After visiting other museums, this is a good choice.
