Bremen Town Hall

The city hall can be said to be the city center of Bremen. Although the area is small, the history is relatively long. The city hall here still maintains the function of use, which is very surprising and a bit unthinking.

The city hall is one of the most beautiful buildings in Bremen. I didn't expect a city hall to have a history of hundreds of years. And it is still a cultural heritage of the United Nations, you can visit it inside, but we only have half a day to go to Hamburg, so we only have to walk around.

Next to Bremen Square is this famous city hall. The municipal facilities are also difficult to complete. The internal space of this city hall is also quite large. The classification and layout of municipal facilities are very good.

The old town hall of Bremen is located in the center of the old city, in front of the bustling market square. You can visit the guided tour inside the town hall. We went in a group of people who didn't speak German. The guide first spoke German and then spoke English for me. I was very touched. The interior is heavily decorated with wood carvings and aristocratic portraits on top of the Hanseatic League. The most important golden meeting room can be seen outside but not inside.

This morning, my wife and I arrived in Bremenhafen on the Azamara Tour, and spent this afternoon hiking in Bremen (55 km away) with a dozen companions. It turned out to be a good contrast, and our guide spent a lot of time on the three-hour tour. She kept the best of it to the end, though, with a detailed tour of the town hall. This 15th-century Gothic building is full of history, and each room - and a large collection of handicrafts - offers something interesting. The place almost breathless and then our guide took us around outside the building, not only a wine cellar but one of the most impressive restaurants where - should I go back to Bremen - I would stress the significance of eating! Overall, it was a very interesting visit - a visit that was certainly more than I expected!

There are two world cultural heritages in the old town of Bremen, Germany: the statue of Roland and the town hall. I am more interested in the big wooden barrel wine kiln in the town hall kiln restaurant. It is said to be the largest wine kiln in Germany. Therefore, it is worthwhile to eat a Western food here and taste the wine.

The Christmas market in the town hall is well-deserved, no wonder it has the title of the most beautiful Christmas market in Germany, not only the layout, but even the cabins of each stall are built differently. A variety of lighting lights lit up the entire square, and the surrounding buildings were also reflected by the colorful lights. The cold or fearful shadows could not stop everyone from enjoying the footsteps of the most important festival of the year. It can't affect the romantic festival atmosphere of the fairy tale world~
