Lovely old Victorian house…full of antiques and beautiful old paintings. It’s like walking into another era. Quiet and relaxing a**osphere and good service!

Cozy, well maintained property. Room was tastefully decorated with all the amenities you could need. Easy check-in and able to let ourselves in when returning in the evening. Our room had a lovely deck which we would have enjoyed if the weather had cooperated. Only criticism would be that the room was very tight and the queen size bed was right up against the compact washroom.

Excellent, welcoming, professional manager.
The Maison Rose is an outstanding piece of intricately detailed professional design ingenuity replete with carefully selected antiques, art work and decoration pieces at every turn. The facility is clearly the result of someone's labor of love. Every room. every corner, every hallway ... is rife with interesting artifacts, paintings and visual surprises. This is a skillfully created piece of design art presented in a methodically executed, high quality, bare-bones renovation of a local historical building. Phenomenal!

Overall poor, not recommended. Beware of extra charges for in-room coffee (!!) that were not explained or described at check-in. Instructions and costs of electric vehicle charging station were not readily available. Poor customer service, we were told on arrival that if we did not like the tiny room we were assigned "we could go somewhere else". My wife and I were not made to feel welcome. Our reservation was made 5months in advance.

This hotel is very nice, beautiful gardens, and great hosts. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower head with good pressure. We found the meals a little on the expensive side for what you get $17.00 for a croissant, coffee and jam. $45.00 for a cheese platter with some fruits and crackers. We also found that some of the paintings throughout the hotel were a bit on the creepy side. Would recommend.

It's a really adorable boutique hotel with custom one on one attention. I enjoyed the sweet touches like incense in the common areas first thing in the morning, the writeups on much of the artwork on the walls, the gardens and cozy porch. A charming hotel in a charming town. Looking for an original stay, this is it.

As you should be aware, I attempted to cancel my reservation the day before due to a health emergency. However neither ******* nor the property were able to assist with my concern. I am therefore out $250 and wasted several hours of my time trying to resolve this matter. Should you wish to offer any compensatory assistance, I would appreciate it;
Otherwise I will no longer use ******* or recommend it or this property to any of my friends or business associates. Maybe hear fom you?

This place is a little gem in the centre of the village. The attention to detail is one I have not seen in a very long time. It is also convenient to shops and dining. Will definitely be going back. I felt spoilt.
