The staff were FABULOUS and got a doctor to come to our room when my wife got very sick - fortunately just for one day. The restaurant was AWFUL, so you have a lot of work to do there - service and quality of food were bad. Other than that - the garden was great, nice pool and so close to the national park. We'd come back.

The property is stunning, you're next to the beautiful Parque Nacional and you can hear the waterfalls when walking around the property.

The park is in minutes from the Hotel Mansion. Food is good but some of the female waitress or in charge of the cashier there are kind of rude. Need to be more kind

Great location. Beautiful courtyard garden and pool. Property adjacent to Parque de Nacionel, and short walk to downtown. Restaurant on site and a wonderful restaurant across the parking lot overlooking the waterfalls.

I go out of my way to stay at this hotel, it’s simply the best in Uruapan.
