Staff were all so sweet especially the hostess and servers in the buffet restaurant. Also very comfortable beds l, and the maid service was fantastic and accommodating. This was our sixth stay at this location and we will definitely be back.

Pros:
- Good location
- Huge rooms
- Close to Malecon
Cons:
- Too crowded
- Noisy
- Only real option for lunch is their buffet place
- Pool is not clean
- Time share
- Staff could be a little more friendly
- Buffet is too busy/crowded
We had paid via Trip.com for the room with breakfast buffets included. The check-in staff said the payment has not been done and we still had to pay for the room and buffet separately. After 2 hours of confusion and waiting with a 1 year old, it was finally resolved. The staff did not feel sorry or apologize at all for their mistake.

Love the staff, they are friendly and extremely helpful. We have stayed at this resort before, only twice in the hotel for one night, but are beginning to find as we get older that there are long distances to cover between amenities and a golf car service or something similar would be helpful.

Meals quality in all restaurants are very poor.We used a la carte during our stay.
There is no soap dispenser in the rooms .They use bar soap.

There are staff who are selling timeshare which is basically to rip off money and I don’t know why there are there l. This kind of people shouldn’t be here at all. Pillows are worst (it was more like hard wood), never heard to charging for losing keys, staff at buffet area were polite and helpful, limited restaurant and it is best not to buy inclusive because food were blend, heated pool is a plus point, beach is horrible because it was like walking on bunch of stones instead of sand, room was pretty good. People at the front desk is ok but doorman were very helpful, it is safe at the gate because every vehicles going in and out has to give thier name and rcleints need to give their room #. Sometimes rooms it is noisy early in the morning and evening, we can hear people running, talking.

We had a lovely stay at the Sheraton. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was great-it had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic. The hotel has a few options for dining and they were great. We walked to town as we love the Malcon and Zona Romantica.

Really great stay! Good location- enjoyed being walking distance to Malecon area or $5 taxi. Very clean facility, fast elevators, great pool area & music, great pool service, tropical palm trees all over. Was pleased to get upgrade to ocean view room for minimal charge. Excellent rain show pressure. Shaving kit provided. Shampoo/ conditioner / shower gel too.
Loved that the windows opened to allow fresh air, enjoy views and hear ocean waves. Comfortable bed & pillows. TV had Netflix, prime, Apple TV available.
Very friendly service attendees.
Staff go out of way to help you.

We have stayed at the Sheraton Bougainville hotel many times and we have always enjoyed it because of its beautiful views and the great location to walk into town.

Our suite was great, comfortable king sized bed and nice shower with waterfall head. The food was subpar for the buffet dinner but the spread for breakfast was very good. Staff were very attentive. Italian restaurant wasn’t the best. Didn’t get to try the other restaurants on site. Overall it was a good stay - depends how high your standards are for all inclusive.
