The room they gave was VERY unsanitary, water was dripping in the shower. Bathroom floor was wet and ceiling had molds. Food was left in the room freezer. They gave me another room directly above the first one and the condition was the same. BAD Oder smell. I tried requesting my refund back as I end not staying there. They have refused to work with me and give me my money back. I DON’T recommend this place at all. Stay away from this place.

Clean and quiet room large and comfy king bed. Included breakfast was wonderful, menu changed daily,sausages and eggs with potatoes,one day and biscuits and gravy the next. Lots of ceral including hot oatmeal and all the fixens. Yes we will be back....mm..you can tell we liked it.

PLEASE I am begging people not to stay at this hotel. It is a Crack house for the homeless. This was the most dirtiest (floors are black according to their white towels), smelliest, moldy, bugs, garbage all over,furniture is broken, things don't work like they should rooms ever. We found someone's clothes between the mattress and frame. 1 AM someone was pounding on doors looking for ***** from someone. Don't believe any internet pictures that you see of this place as they are not of this place far from how it looks or is at all. We booked a early flight home we were supposed to stay for 7 night here we stayed 1 night and the next night 3 of us in the car that's how bad that it was. 4861 W. This HomeTowne Studios is a complete disgrace to Red Roof's reputation and is easily the worst accommodation I have ever stayed at. The majority of the clientele appear to be extended-stay customers, several of whom seemed to be either drunk or high. Of the guests who were not slowly meandering around the property in an intoxicated stupor, others were yelling loudly or carrying large bags of trash and laundry. We later found out that the hotel does not offer any kind of housekeeping services and guests are responsible to dispose of their own trash and do their own laundry. The check in process was unnecessarily long as both my wife and I were required to present our ID's, provide information about our car, sign an unreasonably long waiver and initial in about 15 separate spots and submit a $50 security deposit. When checking us in, the receptionist remarked, "You two are lucky. You get one of the clean rooms." Read into that statement as you wish. The room itself was furnished with old, outdated furniture that, despite the receptionist's assurances, did not appear to be very clean. In just the first few minutes in the room, one guest strangely lurked outside our door for several minutes while another passed by screeching an unintelligible song. The hotel felt very unsafe and my wife and I decided not to stay the night and left early. I have stayed at $20/night hostels in foreign countries and felt more at ease than I did here. This place is a disgusting dump and should not be marketing itself on ******* and other travel websites using misleading stock photos. Stay away.

We had uninvited roommates (roaches) and they had a book under the fridge to keep it leveled if removed it would fall over , the door from the bottom was literally open we had to close it up with a towel to prevent the outside roaches from getting in ( there was plenty inside already). And I could hear the people next door clearly , and the snoring too ALL NIGHT.

Unless you are a crack head, DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is all kinds of bad news. To begin with, the pictures online must've been taken when it was brand new because this "hotel" is in terrible shape and run-down. The people that stay here are up to no good it seems, very shady! I did not feel safe staying here even just the one night we booked. Our room was in terrible condition, dirty, and there were roaches in our room! I was in absolute disbelief, like something you only see in movies.

This is the nastiest place possible. Dirty, bugs and mold! A few of the delights include rude staff at check in, non-working door latch, missing bathroom door handle, no wastebaskets. Oh yeah… when I asked for soap and shampoo I was told they ran out! Dripping shower, mold in bathroom and ceiling, no threshold on the door. Filthy parking lot in a really bad part of tow, Skid row. Very overpriced, never again. Lost any respect I once had for the Red Roof chain.
