Great stay, comfortable room that is close to all amenities

The hotel was nice and clean but the only issue was that the AC didn't work. They said it doesn't work after a certain time of the year so we were very hot but luckily we didn't spend much time in the hotel, only to sleep. They did offer to move rooms but didn't feel like doing all that.

Is the unclean room the biggest problem of the hotel? The bed sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases have obviously not been changed. I called to ask them to change them, and they said they were off work and could bring them to me. But the problem is that the ones they brought were not that clean. I am really disappointed. I don't recommend it.

Every time I return to New York, the New York Hotel is my first choice. It is located right in the city center. The room was neat and clean, the stay was comfortable, there were many choices of restaurants nearby, and the room price was reasonable.

The facilities are complete, a little old, the air conditioning is strong enough, less than 10 minutes walk from Yale, 13 minutes walk from Union station, you can also take the bus downstairs, 2 stops to the train station

The location is easy to find, close to the Yale campus. The room is spacious and clean. The front desk is very enthusiastic, the explanation is sufficient, and a lot of maps are given. Sometimes you can hear police cars and singing at night, but overall you are satisfied.

The room is large and very quiet. Although the decoration is a bit old, it is very clean and tidy. It is located next to Yale University, and there are many Korean restaurants around it, as well as the famous Chinese restaurant New Haven Taste of China. The parking lot requires a door card to enter and exit, and there is a pedestrian bridge directly from the parking lot to the hotel, which is very convenient and safe.
