Clean hotel, city view. There is a shopping mall nearby, the location is good. Overall, it wasn't bad.
However, the front desk's response was a bit uncomfortable. I went to the front to request more towels, but the male staff asked me too much about my request , even at the end, I was able to receive towers after being kind of warned not to use it outside.. I have no reason to carry a heavy towel outside. I don't know if it's because I requested an extra tower than the number of guests in my room , but I guess asking for just an extra towel isn’t such a serious request.
I understand the strict response, but also hope to consider the comfort of guests.
Anyway, I was uncomfortable with this, but the rest was generally fine.

Still a distance of walking from train to hotel. Location is good. Room is clean. Staff not v flexible though. Hubby birthday but did not receive kind gesture fr the hotel.

The hotel is very new and the rooms are clean. However, the 3-person room is a 2-person room with an extra bed. The space is a bit small. It is difficult to walk with the suitcase open. However, the hotel is in a good location. It is very close to the light rail station and the shopping mall. It is after us. Will come back to this hotel again.

Very good hotel, very new facilities, optional amenities, pola and sekkisei, the bedding is as comfortable as always. This is the second time I stayed at Yamato Roynet. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the bathroom can also be used as a bathtub. Next to it is DFS and the light rail station, and a large supermarket is just opposite the hotel, which is very convenient.
