The hotel is very nice and everything is accessible, the staff is very attentive, I would stay again and I highly recommend it.

Regarding the service, cleanliness, trea**ent, they were very good. However, the pools were not so pleasant due to the design and the variety of food in the buffets.

Friendly staff, wait staff anxious to serve, very clean facilities. The property requires a lot of walking to access the private beach and pool (a shuttle truck will get you to the beach or pool from the lobby…expect a wait) Every room has an incredible WSW view of the Pacific and a private lanai! The afternoon sun bakes the lanai as no shade is available…unless you rented a private pool room. We would definitely stay here again.

The only item that could be improved is the lobby bar needs to open with food from early morning everyday and drinks by 10am.

The food at breakfast(20th floor) was average and the food and drinks at Happy Hour was average. Been staying at Las Brisas for 15 years and this was the first time we were disappointed.

Over all we had a good stay. The dining experience was super and the staff at the restaurants were very attentive.
We had a few minor issues with the room but not a big deal.
The check in process was terrible, a long wait and very frustrating. This issue needs major improvement.
