The hotel is very nice, with beautiful environment, quiet and comfortable, good sanitary conditions, especially the large garden balcony, which is very popular with both adults and children. The breakfast is also very rich. This is the most cost-effective high-end hotel I stayed in during this holiday. Next time I come to Hengyang, I will stay at Yuelai again.

I don't want to give two stars for hygiene, because I found two cockroaches in the room within one day. They have wings and can fly. I have never seen such a big one in Guangdong!
The corner next to the bedside table has probably not been cleaned since the hotel was built.
Service? There is no service at all. Every service staff has a sullen face as if they didn't get paid. The noodle cooking lady in the breakfast restaurant doesn't let guests eat the meat in the fish noodle soup like she is her own baby? ?
In short, I will not stay here again.

I think it's a good hotel, very nice, with a small garden and a big room. But the bed is very small, which is ok for one girl, but very small for two people. The environment is not bad, and the overall cost performance is OK. Highly recommended!
