Hotel is close to Columbiana Center. The AC unit in the room was cracked and falling from the wall but still worked. Hotel offers restaurant and a la carte food. Overall, quiet, clean, and great location.

Pool heater broken ! Overcharged rate and breakfast. Staff at front desk were nice. Had to park car far away from entrance. Whirlpool tub not working in room and dirty yet still charged higher rate of room.

The hotel is relatively old, there is no swimming pool, there is an introduction. The location is a bit far from the center, and the front desk service is very good, which is the highlight. The price of the hotel is a bit expensive.

Not only was the property outdated and dirty, they failed to inform people about ongoing construction INSIDE THE HOTEL. Would never visit again.

Hotel lobby and floors under construction. Was not told, affected the restaurant, sleep, smells of construction, Restaurant only serving 1/2 the menu. Room was void of body wash, pen, pad, local attractions, food nearby. Ice Machine broken, toilet ran for 10 minutes after flushing. Not a Hilton at all!!

Front lobby under construction, fireplace area, pool heater not working, work out room being renovated? Nothing on site about any of these. Front desk said nothing about happy hour and food being available. Walking distance to restaurants though. Close to expressway, good and bad. Heard all sirens and truck traffic. Trash on floor in front of my room door, was on the 6th floor. Was there when i checked in on Sunday afternoon and still there on Tuesday when i checked out. Room was clean and bed comfortable though. An overall less than thrilling stay.
