Awesome beach. Rooms are acceptable. Service is great. Lots of food choices presented beautifully. Not always to my boring midwestern tastes.

The most amazing choice we could have made for our trip. The staff were so amazing they treated us we the most perfect customers service. We had a wonderful time. Our mini fridge wasn’t working properly and within 10 minutes of us telling the front desk they had a new one in our room. The food was delicious and they had many different options to choose from.

Property was very nice service was excellent at bars and all dinning areas . Pools need to be heated , food. At buffets need to be at correct temperature food was cold.front end service manager Rodriguez needs to be retrained no customer service skills. Amazing bartender named Perez went above and beyond for us during our stay

Rooms are older and in need of renovation. We were initially in building 11. The hallway wall leading the rooms were covered with small black flies. Flies were in the room even getting into our luggage (not mosquitos
more like large fruit flies). Water damage on cieling. We requested a room change however, one particular staff was very rude and made it seem impossible to change rooms. I events spoke with a manager who was able to immediately accommodate a room change to a better room (no flies but still old). Service staff in the dining rooms, bars, entertainment, house keeping, and luggage areas are all sweet reason being I rated 3 stars. I would not recommend the hotel.

The staff were extremely pleasant, housekeeping kept our rooms cleaned, BUT the first night I noticed that our sheets had stains on them. I did not like that. The food choice was pretty good. I did not really enjoy the night shows entertainment that much, it was boring on some nights. But other than that, we had a good stay here. I would come again.

It was very dirty place. They don’t change the beach towels if you want to change it. Limited food choice. They had very dirty dishes in restaurant. The waiters were good and nice people. Not recommended this Riu Bambu.

The property overall was good and the staff was fantastic specially Robert at front desk, Annie and Francis from the main dining area.
However the hotel needs a major renovation plz

We forgot a headphone at the lobby, and they reject helping us to get them back.
Very unhelpful staff.
I will never return to a RUI again.
